As the Online Merchandiser for Toys, it’s my business to know not only what’s new and hot, but what’s classic. If I’m being totally honest, the latter is where my passion for toys has always been. I love nostalgia. Any toy or game that takes me back to a certain time or place is priceless to me. However, I still get incredibly excited by new products and marvel at the technological advancements that have been made in toys since I was a kid. Video games have especially come a long way! I love a lot of the new games out there, but I’m super excited (of course) that some of my favourite childhood video games are making a comeback. I’m also completely in love with board games and enjoy having regular “game nights” with friends. Aside from that, I’m a big foodie, lover of all things entertainment (I have a slight media addiction), I enjoy long walks on the beach and cuddling… oh wait. Wrong forum. Ok, this just got awkward…
