When I’m not mulling over store floor plans, I can be found in my kitchen creating delicious, gorgeous—and here’s the best part—healthy meals!
A few years ago, like most busy, hard-working people, much of my food came pre-packaged and/or prepared and before my journey to a plant-based diet began, I had no interest at all in cooking. But now that I’ve been following a vegan diet for the past few years, I have learned to love creating nutritious, interesting and fresh meals. Some of my favourite recipe books include: Ani’s Raw Food Kitchen by Ani Phyo, The Thrive Diet by Brendan Brazier, The Happy Herbivore by Lindsay S.
