Tuesday, July 24 should have been a great day – a celebration of the release of 13, the eagerly awaited final instalment of Kelley Armstrong's fantastic series.

Due to unfortunate mistakes made by Indigo, 13 was not available at launch in many of our stores. We are deeply sorry.  This oversight was entirely our fault. This delay is understandably disappointing and frustrating for Ms. Armstrong, her publisher, Random House, and the legions of fans – our customers – who were eagerly awaiting the release of 13.

We know that we did not uphold our high standards of customer service and are working to ensure the situation is rectified as soon as possible.  

We expect the books to be available in most stores by early next week (many stores do have their stock now) - and, again, we sincerely apologize for the delay.

We wanted to do something to make it up to Kelley’s fans, so starting on Friday, we’ll be offering 13 at the special low price of $20, in-store only.
