The Eat-Clean cookbook series is favourite of mine, so I was excited when I heard that Reno had come out with The Eat-Clean Vegetarian Cookbook (released on April 16). You do not have to be vegetarian to love this cookbook. It is a great resource and cookbook for anyone who is looking for healthy, delicious and inexpensive meals.
Over the past few weeks, I've had the opportunity to try out a few of the recipes. All were delicious and I will definitely make them again. Pictured below from my kitchen is the Tex-Mex Rice, Bruschetta with Tomato & Avocado, and the Caprese Quinoa Salad.

I also tried the Honey Nut Granola Bars and the very yummy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Backpack Kisses (shown below).
